A legacy government body looking to transform culture from process-oriented and reactive to client centric, proactive and solution-focused
Work: As Head of Leadership and Organisation Development for a government entity, Christine co-authored a culture transformation strategy to take the organisation from slow, reactive and process-oriented, to agile, solution-driven and customer-focussed. The work included defining the culture identify, culture mapping using Human Synergistics OCI / OEI, and a comprehensive program of leadership and organisation development including Leading through Change, Quarterly Leader Summits, Strategy Off-sites and divisional conferences for organisational alignment. The program of work was supplemented by other OD initiatives including levels of work, recruitment and change management.
Evaluation: Increase in employee engagement from 52% to 77% within two years (Aon Hewitt). New EVP as ‘best work of my career.’ QTC was the winner of 2017 OPEX awards for Customer Centricity & Culture Transformation, & HRD 2017 HR team of the year for People & Culture Strategies.
