About TIOR

TIOR was established by Christine Seddon in 2014. Christine holds over 25 years’ experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent management and organisation development, including senior roles with top global-listed companies.

Christine developed her craft for leadership and organisation development in-house as an internal learning designer, leadership & OD consultant and facilitator. Mid-way through her career, Christine combined her in-house work with external consulting and facilitation through associate work with top business schools and management consultancies. This method enabled her to consistently learn from some of the best in the field and apply her skills and knowledge.

Working in-house also provided a foundational framework for Christine to understand how decisions get made in organisations and importantly, what gets in the way of high performance. She brings this experience to support needs analysis, coaching and facilitation and supports leaders to gather different perspectives to take stock of the systems they are operating in. Whilst she is often engaged for leader or leadership development, Christine is fundamentally results-driven and supports leaders to maximise their leadership impact for their role and organisation. The outcomes are often tangible return on investment that can be measured.

Christine is an avid traveller, with a background in linguistics and foreign languages (BA, Arts: Indonesian & German, Melbourne University) and a Master of Leadership for Development (Melbourne University & Manchester University). She is an accredited and experienced executive coach, and practices with a range of specialist tools for leader assessment & development and organisation development. Christine has lived and worked globally, including Japan, London, Germany and Australia.

For large scale projects, Christine draws on her network of trusted, reliable and skilled practitioners.
