Work: Following COVID-19, a well-known construction company engaged TIOR to understand how to engage its Gen Z workforce more effectively. Christine provided external research and internal research with 28 recommendations spanning eight categories of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, role design & clarity, development, leader development, reward and recognition and culture development. The strategies aim to boost how the organisation attracts, develop and retains high-performing Gen Z’ers.
Evaluation: Evaluation is ongoing due to the systemic and long-term nature of the recommendations.
