The work included leadership development that was integrated with organisation development, to break down vertical and horizontal siloes, align the organisation and create initiatives for organisational efficiency.
The multi-level, multi-format program covered leadership arenas: self, others, business / culture with 360 leadership assessments, executive coaching, workshops, reading and reflection activities and workshops & bespoke tools for executive team effectiveness.
Evaluation showed leaders were stepping up to the appropriate level of leadership (see Charan, Drotter and Noel, 2011), empowering the levels below, delegating and providing coaching and feedback to grow organisational capacity. New projects were initiated for organisational alignment and culture development. Executives, general managers and new leaders identified and created solutions to improve organisational efficiency.
