The questions Christine asked were challenging and made me reflect on myself and how my approach to certain situations was limiting my potential in certain areas of my day-to-day interactions with people, and how I could ultimately address this.

I was particularly impressed by the recommendations made by Christine through the program as these were both highly relevant, and actionable and have so far made a significant difference in my day to day work, and have also led me to having a more balanced life.

Initially apprehensive about the concept of coaching, I found myself immediately at ease with her assured but empathetic approach. Through her experience and professional intuition Christine quickly isolated and prioritised issues and attitudes that make me who I am, and helped me to select those traits and beliefs to be tackled for best effect.
