Team jumpstarts are designed to reinvigorate a team towards a shared purpose, understand and heighten team dynamics, boost relationships and create & commit to a plan for the future with pulse checks & team coaching to maintain momentum or adapt. Team jumpstarts are an essential workshop for new teams, high-performing teams, and under-performing teams that lack motivation, cohesion and results.
Overview
Team Jumpstarts are designed to your context and needs. Typically 1-2 days using Appreciative Inquiry methodology, combined with systems thinking and group coaching.

Team jumpstarts are a great addition to other leader development work, and can include aspects of leadership development that are critical for teams to build trust, understanding, alignment and momentum, such as peer-consulting and feedback. If helpful, personality profiling can be included to support greater understanding and connection between team members.
